Each year, United Methodist Church administration professionals from across the country and sometimes the world meet for the PAUMCS Annual Conference. A different area hosts the event each year.

- 2021 Virtual Meeting hosted by the Missouri Chapter
- 2020 in Kansas City, Missouri (canceled due to COVID-19)
- 2019 PAUMCS at Sea (with a cruise to Mexico!)
