Join fellow United Methodist administrators for a meaningful time of learning, encouragement, and connection as we explore this year’s theme, “Equipping Administrators to Stay on Track.” Inspired by Chattanooga’s railroad heritage and the iconic Chattanooga Choo Choo, this conference is designed to provide practical tools, valuable resources, and supportive relationships for the journey of administrative ministry.

Through engaging workshops, shared experiences, and fellowship, attendees will gain skills and insights to navigate challenges, embrace opportunities, and serve their churches and ministries with confidence and purpose.

Guided by Proverbs 3:6, “Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take,” we will reflect on how faith, wisdom, and practical leadership can help us stay on track as we serve our congregations and communities together.
